Welcome to IntuitionX. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntuitionX website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our commitment to ethical AI is outlined in our AI Ethics & Safety Policy.
1.1 Our Mission: IntuitionX is an AI-powered educational companion. Our Service includes a general conversational AI for broad queries and our proprietary IntuitionX Inquiry Engine (when complete).
1.2 Not a Replacement for Formal Education: Our Service is an educational supplement. It is not a substitute for school, formal instruction from qualified teachers, or your own academic diligence. We do not guarantee academic outcomes.
1.3 Service Availability: We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create more than one account.
2.3 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content you upload and your interactions with the AI and other users.
3.1 Paid Services: Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). We offer various subscription plans, and the specific pricing and features are detailed on our pricing page.
3.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
4.1 Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including our AI models, the IntuitionX Inquiry Engine, our proprietary knowledge base, branding, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of IntuitionX and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
4.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant IntuitionX a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and analyse that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use & Content Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Failure to comply with that policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
6.1 By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
6.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use & Content Policy. In cases of serious violation, termination will be immediate.
7.1 "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided by the AI.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntuitionX and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Acceptable Use & Content Policy, AI Ethics & Safety Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy (DMCA), and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntuitionX.
