Sir Anthony Seldon
Sir Anthony Seldon, Britain's Leading Educationalist & Visionary, is our Founding Patron.
Sir Anthony is one of the most respected figures in global education and is widely regarded as the leading pioneer in the debate on AI in Education. He is the co-founder of AI in Education, an independent, non-profit body committed to ensuring AI benefits everyone.
He has written or edited over 40 books, including the seminal text, The Fourth Education Revolution, as well as the definitive biographies of the last five Prime Ministers.
The BBC consistently introduces him as "one of Britain's leading educationalists".
The Times calls him a "visionary" and chose him to chair the Times Education Commission (a project to redesign the British education system).

Gus Cameron
Gus spent eight years at a Fortune 500 firm, structuring cyber treaties and transferring billions of dollars of cyber risk. However, confronted by the reality that 1 billion people will soon lack access to education and 73% of students are disengaged, he decided he had to be the change he wanted to see.
Convinced that every complex problem has a solution, Gus left the City to answer a critical question:
"What if we could reignite curiosity for the students who have lost it, while delivering world-class learning to those who never had the chance?"
Gus was raised in Britain's elite educational system, but he didn't fit the mould. Sent to boarding school at seven, he was the kid trying to engage a dyslexic brain in a system designed for linear thinkers.
At age 12, a 'leading expert' told him that on top of being dyslexic, he was dysgraphic and dyspraxic. The odds weren't great.
So, how did a neurodivergent kid leave school with A's and earn a Philosophy degree from a world-leading university? It wasn't the system, it was the curiosity distilled in him by his teachers.
One teacher looked past the label and sparked a curiosity in him that changed his life. He didn't just deliver facts; he asked the questions that forced him to think.
That spark is everything. It is why he walked away from a high-flying career in the City. Every student deserves to be curious. Curiosity, for him, sits alongside love as the most beautiful part of being human.

Rubhan Raj
Rubhan has spent over a decade as a software engineer and data scientist at Fortune 500 companies in the City, building the systems that price risk and run reinsurance. By every conventional measure, the career is working.
But confronted by the reality that 1 billion people will soon lack access to education, he decided he had to be the change he wanted to see.
Convinced that every complex problem has an engineering solution, he kept returning to a critical question:
"We can build software that prices a cyber attack to four decimal places. Why can't we build software that teaches a curious child as patiently as the best teacher I ever had?"
Rubhan grew up in India, in a classroom of sixty children and one teacher, where the kids who didn't keep up were quietly left behind. He was lucky — he kept up. But the memory of the ones who didn't never left him.
He found his way out through curiosity, not the system. An engineering degree at Anna University, an MSc in Actuarial Science at Bayes, and an MSc in Software Engineering at Oxford — each one opened by a teacher who had time for the questions the syllabus didn't ask.
Every student deserves a teacher with infinite patience and infinite time. Software, done well, can be exactly that.
