1. Purpose of Testing

You are participating in the evaluation of a pre-release prototype of an educational AI product. This testing is for research and development purposes only. The prototype may contain bugs, be incomplete, or have limited functionality.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon withdrawal, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required for legal compliance.

3. Data Collected

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

• User interactions with the AI system
• Feedback or comments you provide
• Optional contact details (e.g. name, email, school affiliation)
• Technical information (device type, usage logs, IP address)

4. Use of Data

The data collected will be used solely for product development, usability analysis, and feature improvement. It will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties unless legally required or with explicit consent.

5. Legal Basis and Data Retention

Our legal basis for processing is your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We retain collected data only as long as necessary for testing purposes and delete personal data after 6 months, unless otherwise required by law.
